| With the increasing of national economy and the urban population,the urban rail transit has gradually leapt into our eyes.With its incomparable advantage of rapid development,the construction of urban rail transit is facing a golden time.The tight-lock coupler and draft gear is one of the key components of rail vehicles,and at present it is mainly imported by other country,so the urgent need for localization study is on the way.The structure and design concept of the coupler and draft gear in foreign company’s products are as a reference on this study,we also consider of the domestic actual working condition,and carry on the thorough analysis on its characteristics.Analysis and research on the subway contact type coupler and draft gear action principle,using Proe/E(3D design software)to model the coupler and draft gear,then importing the model into finite element software ANSYS,loading on the important parts,generating the stress and displacement profiles,and at last performing static strength analysis.Verify that the material used in the design phase is optional,and structural strength also meets the requirements.Based on the dynamic ADAMS software,take Wuxi Metro Line 2 as an example,combining with the actual use of working conditions,establishing two collision train models,and performing a dynamic calculation and verification coupler and draft gear meets the design requirements and operating conditions.Then by the theoretical calculation of the curve coupling and the ability of passing,we can ensure the two columns of the metro vehicles at the curve track would be able to complete coupling,we also verify the passing capacity of contact type coupler.Finally,to test the contact type coupler and draft gear on the strength test,the final loading line test,verify the localization of the coupler can fully meet the domestic subway operation. |
