Research In Constructuon Program Of The PC Housing Project Based On The Value Engineering

With the development of housing projects and the government's requirements for the housing industry modernization,the prefabricated house is booming.It has significant advantages,such as green environmental protection,high quality,short construction time and so on.But,the PC housing project in our country is faced with imperfect technology,high cost,and immature market.It is very difficult for enterprise to make decision,because function is impossible to quantify contrast,and the PC housing capital cost is very high.So the problem needed to resolve,which reliable and efficient method we can choose to make the investment decision.This paper puts forward the research methods of PC housing construction program on the basis of the principle of value engineering.First,we use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze house function system and build a hierarchy model.Based on the concept of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,functions of different PC housing was quantitatively graded through expert questionnaire.Then,we get the quantitative analysis of its cost using the indicators of design estimate.Choose the optimal PC residential construction scheme through the function coefficient and the ratio of the cost coefficient.
