| With the rapid development of the world shipping industry,small and medium-sized container ships have become popular in the container shipping market because of their high economic performance and the popularity of many shipowners.Based on the ship form of 3800 TEU container ship,the study of the structure design of small and medium sized container ships,compiled a set of this type of ship structure design thinking and ideas,in order to design a reasonable structure,satisfy the strength indexes of small and medium-sized small and medium-sized container ship.This thesis mainly does the following aspects:(1)to collect the research results of large number of container ships at home and abroad,and analyze the structural design characteristics of small and medium-sized container ships.(2)combining with new and old specification URS11 A and URS11 difference contrast,according to the load requirements of the relevant specification,analysis of mechanical characteristics of small and medium sized container ships,according to the finite element strength calculation of boundary conditions and mechanical load,segment finite element strength analysis.Based on results of calculating the segment finite element model for hull structure under various conditions of stress state and deformation,clear of hull structure stress and deformation of parts,analysis its reason,and then improve the hull structure,improve the safety of structure.(3)the fatigue strength is evaluated according to the requirements of CCS,and the fatigue life of the joints is improved by means of the treatment of the welding seam.(4)according to the requirements of CCS specification,the overall strength of the main components of the hull is evaluated by direct calculation of the strength of the whole ship structure under the combination of bending and torsion load.Key problems to be solved: large opening torsion,structural form of cabin Angle corner,transitional form of hatch coaming end,design of hatchway structure. |
