Research On The Construction Of Value Management System Of BC Company Based On EVA

Value Management was appeared in the United States in the 1980 s.It was very popular in western companies as a new management model since the 90's.The Core Idea of Value Management is value for the enterprise will be created only when the enterprise capital investment rate of return exceed the cost of capital costs.So,for achieve the long-term development of enterprises,enterprises should take value creation as the standard to implement effective internal management.In this thesis,using the case study method,we study the BC Company.First,we analyze briefly the internal and external environment to develop for the company.Then,we calculate the company's net profit and EVA value.It is found that the trend of net profit change is different from that of EVA in the past three years.BC Company needs new evaluation standards and management systems to correctly reflect its value creation capability.It is necessary for BC Company to build a value management system based on EVA with the goal of maximizing shareholder value to solve this situation.Based on the concept of EVA value management,this thesis introduces the research background and research significance of EVA,value management,BSC and the research status at home and abroad.Then we introduced the basic situation of BC Company and analyzed the current management system briefly.We calculate and analyze the company's recent net profit and EVA value and analyze the value creation ability of the company,and analyze the necessity and feasibility of building EVA value management system for it.The conclusion is that it is necessary to construct the value management system based on EVA for BC Company.According to the industry characteristics and actual situation of BC Company,regarding the model of the combination of EVA and BSC as core,we mainly construct EVA value management system for BC company from four aspects: strategic planning,budget control,performance evaluation and management remuneration,aiming to make the management mode of the company fit in with the development idea and strategy of the company,and to promote the company to create value continuously and realize the maximization of shareholder value.Finally,the paper elaborates the system support and safeguard measures that BC Company needs to build EVA value management system smoothly,so as to ensure the effective implementation of EVA value management system in BC Company.
