Prefabricated building structure is designed in accordance with the principle of cast-in-place structure.The prefabricated building method has many advantages over the traditional method.It can save resources,reduce environmental pollution and meet the requirements of green building.It can also save labor costs,improve labor efficiency,which is suitable for China national conditions.In recent years,China has been focusing on the development of prefabricated buildings.The state council issued a statement in 2016: it aims to make the proportion of prefabricated buildings in newly built buildings reach 30% within a decade,and promote the development of China's construction industry toward industrialization and intelligence.At present,high-rise shear wall structure accounts for a considerable proportion in China's buildings,and prefabricated shear wall structure is the key direction of prefabricated building research.This paper focuses on the research on the key problems of prefabricated shear wall in practical application.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Through reading a large number of paper and field engineering investigation,Sort out questions in the design,manufacture and construction process,come up with specific solutions,and some improved proposal.(2)Design a Precast high-rise shear wall structure according to the actual project.Using finite element software to model and calculate.Compared the natural period,base shear,shear span ratio,lateral stiffness ratio and other major structural seismic safety indicators with traditional cast-in-place structure.Explore the reasons for the differences,and elastic time-history analysis was also carried out to verify the safety and rationality of the structure.(3)By studying the connection mode of the existing shear wall structure,design four types of shear wall structures with different connection modes.At last,use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to numerical simulation and analysis the bearing capacity of the structure under horizontal loads.Compare the result and provide the theoretical foundation of finite element analysis for the study of seismic performance of precast shear wall with different connection modes,promote the research and development.
