Study On The Strategy Of Governing The Huaihe River During The Republic Of China

The Huaihe River is one of the seven major rivers in China,and the Huaihe River Basin is an important agricultural production area in China.The Huaihe River is a river that flows into the sea alone.However,after the Yellow River in the Southern Song Dynasty(1194),the Yellow River and the Yellow River crossed the sea.After the Yellow River moved northward in 1855,the lower reaches of the Huaihe River were difficult to vent due to sedimentation in the river channel,and it was necessary to use the Yangtze River channel to enter the sea with limited discharge.The Huai River Basin has frequent floods and the people suffer from it.Governing the Huaihe River mainly needs to solve its problem of entering the river channel.Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the Huaihe River has also been treated,but the effect is not good.There have been many proposals for the governance of the Huaihe River in modern times,mainly around the debate over the choice of routes into the sea.The article is mainly discussed from six chapters.The first chapter analyzes the necessity of controlling the Huaihe River during the Republic of China from the floods in the Huaihe River and the natural conditions in the Huaihe River Basin.The second chapter introduces the Huaihe institutions established for the administration of the Huaihe River during the Republic of China.The third chapter combs the plan of the Huaihe River proposed by people from all walks of life.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the raising of the Huaihe River funds during the Republic of China.The fifth chapter mainly introduces the specific Huaihua activities and the achievements in the Republic of China.The sixth chapter expounds the characteristics of the Huaihe River in the Republic of China and the reflection on the failure of the Huai River.On the one hand,through the combing of the policies of the Huaihe River during the Republic of China,we can fully understand the various routes of the Huaihe River.On the other hand,through the relevant materials of the "shenbao",we know what problems and concerns exist in the Huaihe River activities during the Republic of China,which gives us a deeper understanding of what results have been achieved during the Republic of China.This article takes the strategy of the Huaihe River in the Republic of China as the research object,and uses the "ShenBao" as a medium to conduct a comparative study of the various strategies,which is conducive to a more comprehensive understanding of the Huaihua activities during the Republic of China.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the future management of the Huaihe River.
