In order to improve the accuracy of conventional projectiles,the ballistic correction actuator was chosen to reduce the ballistic deviation of the ammunition during flight.In the ballistic correction process,the ammunition rotation speed is usually required.Therefore,the permanent magnet generator is used as the ballistic correction actuator,which acts on the modified steering gear of the small-diameter fixed-wing double-rotor to realize the rotation speed adjustment and the rolling angle brake control of the fixed duck rudder.This paper first introduces the working characteristics of the modified steering gear and the principle of the permanent magnet generator.Based on this,a simulation model of the governing system with permanent magnet generator as the core is built.By changing the magnitude of the system load current,the rotor speed adjustment of the permanent magnet generator is simulated and tested,and the rotor speed is proportional to the load current.The duck rudder roll control system is determined.Secondly,the aerodynamic steering torque,friction torque,polar damping torque and electromagnetic torque of the duck rudder are analyzed.The output formula of each torque is derived,and the duck rudder rolling control method is given according to the effect of each torque.Then,the permanent magnet generator speed control system for controlling the rudder rotation of the duck is designed,including the signal acquisition module,signal processing module and related software and hardware design.The simulation of the various circuit functions in the system is carried out to determine the circuit component parameters.Finally,the system circuit is boarded,tested and debugged by software program.The PWM wave control signal required for system speed regulation is obtained,and a semi-physical simulation platform is built to simulate the rolling motion state of the steering gear.The parameters in the roll control process are tested,and the verification of the system is completed under different test conditions.The results of the semi-physical simulation test show that: The rotor speed is in the range of 2r/s~6r/s,the time required for the system to complete the speed regulation is 0.23s~0.38 s,the fluctuation range of the braking roll angle is 0.72°~1.78°,and the braking experience angle is 13.15°~21.62°;The smaller the control rotor speed,the less the system execution time,which can effectively improve the response speed of the duck rudder roll control;In the rotor roll angle control test,the time required for the system to complete the control is less than 0.38 s,the fluctuation angle of the roll angle after stabilization is less than 1.45°,and the experience angle is less than 21.62°,which satisfies the basic requirements for the control of the rudder roll angle of the duck.
