Sine Wave Electric Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor And Generator Mode Control

The purpose of this paper is to research on the relationship between the SPMSM and IPMSM characteristic and their electrical parameter on the basis of normalized mathematics model and circle of motor , which are the main drive motors of electric vehicle. In addition, a new testing method of PMSM electrical parameter is proposed and applied in the 2.5kw SPMSM.The IMG (Integrated Motor Generator) system of HEV should work either in the generator or motor mode. The main circuit of the controller is the voltage source topology, which can serve as either inverter or rectifier. PWM high frequency rectifier is a new method of rectifying with good characteristic as well as the high power factor.The SPMSM can work either as the generator or the motor by the control strategy. With the help of strategy, the SPMSM will improve the output power in the constant power area and enlarge the variable rotate speed area when serving as the motor; it also can regulate the DC voltage and the energy flow to achieve the stable output voltage while serving as the generator.On the basis of above research work, a SPMSM has been designed undergone test and. Experimental results proved it has the good performance and is suitable for Hybrid Electric Vehicle.
