In this paper,a contact heat flow meter calibration device is designed for the one-dimensional heat transfer problem.The calibration device is implemented by guarded hot plate apparatus.The hot plate,the cold plate and the protection plate form a one-dimensional heat flow(standard heat flow density)in a fixed direction,and the heat flow sensor is placed between the cold plate and the hot plate through the standard heat flow.The density is calibrated.The whole calibration device consists of four parts:measuring device,control module,temperature acquisition module arid data analysis module.The high-precision heat flow sensor is used as a reference,and various experimental conditions are verified to ensure the accuracy of the heat flow meter calibration.From the theoretical design and experimental data,the device can meet the needs of the sensor calibration of the heat flow meter and achieve the intended purpose.The main work of this project is as follows:(1)On the basis of clear project background and research significance,fully research the development status of domestic and foreign heat flow meters and the research progress of calibration devices.The basic principle of heat conduction and the thermal conductivity of the material are described.The measurement principle of the guarded hot plate apparatus and the heat flow meter are introduced respectively.The Fourier one-dimensional thermal measurement model based on the protective hot plate method is described in detail,and the overall design idea is proposed.(2)According to the design principle,the calibration device is built.The anodized aluminum plate is used as the cold and hot plate,the platinum resistance is used as the temperature measuring element,and the guard plate and the incubator are used to effectively prevent the edge heat loss.The damping element is selected internationally.The glass fiber board of the standard sample,combined with the self-developed circuit board and software,makes the whole device fully functional.(3)Verifying the temp erature fi eld of the device,and analyzing the results,and changing the experimental conditions,such as different temperature differences and different sample thicknesses,to measure the he,at flux density.The results sh ow that the heat flux density above and below the device is stable and the deviation is Within the acceptable range,the temperature field of the instrument test area is evenly distributed,which verifies the feasibility of the device for calibration of the heat flow meter.The calibration device can effectively solve the problem that the heat flow measurement value of the measurement department and the energy conservation monitoring institution cannot be traced.A fast,continuous measurement of the heat flux density parameter of the heat flow meter is achieved.The experimental results show that the calibration device can meet the calibration work of th e metering depar tment and the energy-saving monitoring mechanism on the heat fl ow meter.
