With the development of economy, motor vehicle has increased rapidly, it becomes more and more serious of the traffic jam phenomenon caused by the weak intersection control ability in most cities. In order to improve the work efficiency of the traffic police, ensure the smooth flow of traffic roads, a CAN bus centralized coordination signal’s management system was designed according to the mixed traffic status of urban traffic in China, it could be used in isolated control and area control at intersection with different types.It can effectively improve the intersection traffic capacity and alleviate the urban traffic jam.This system is based on the actual situation of province road traffic, a preliminary design train of thought is got by comprehensive analysis of the needs of users, management pattern, the existing resources and so on. That is under the condition of the existing Internet using some technologies such as SSH framework, the MySQL database, message server, the application of web technology and so on, coupled with the Java language to develop a CAN bus centralized coordination signal’s management system platform that based on B/S structure.This paper first introduces the development present situation of signal control technology and the related knowledge. It emphatically presents the basic structure, basic function and control function requirements of CAN bus centralized coordination signal’s management system configuration scheme.Second, according to current situation of mixed traffic in our country and combined the characteristic of CAN bus centralized coordination signal, management system configuration scheme is designed. It includes query existing intersection in the database; setting scheme according to different intersection; setting green conflict solution by users; setting multiple phasing scheme; checking and deleting the existing road scheme. Then according to the requirements of the design of signal system configuration scheme, the SSH framework is selected as the basic framework to achieve the signal system configuration scheme. Signal system configuration scheme makes the management method of signal more concise, flexible and intelligent.Finally, the design and implementation of the signal management system configuration scheme was described in detail.In this paper, the design of signal management system configuration scheme has strong compatibility, portability and scalability. It has higher practical value.
