Since humans entered the era of electrification,the various wires used to transmit electrical energy have become the most common items in people's daily lives.More and more wires and sockets affect the safety and comfort of life in daily life and work.Microwave power transfer(MPT)technology can solve these difficulties perfectly.Microwave is now widely used in mobile communications,weather radar,microwave ovens,and navigation.Microwaves are often used to transmit information and other energy,but base stations and other places can only be used for signal transmission.If you want to make MPT,you need a lot of work to do.The microwave wireless power supply has a long transmission distance,good splicing performance and low loss.MPT means that the electric energy is converted into microwave by electromagnetic waves without using conductors such as wires,and the electric energy can be transmitted to the remote energy-consuming device in space.The MPT is powered by ?electromagnetic wave generator ? transmitting antenna ? receiving antenna ? rectifier ?Substation ? power supply network.The key technologies for microwave power transmission(MPT)to achieve spatial transmission are: 1)efficient microwave transmission,2)stable microwave output power,and 3)efficient RF-DC conversion.Microwave transmitters can be used in many situations where conventional transmission methods are not suitable or convenient,and this is a powerful complement to traditional transmission methods.In order to study these new or advanced key technologies,we have developed test equipment,including microwave generators,two-stage power amplifiers,2.45 GHz standard dual-ridged horn antennas,rectangular microwave receiving antennas,and rectenna design to achieve MPT testing.The basis of the equipment.In order to achieve efficient microwave transmission,the schematic and PCB of the 2.45 GHz microwave generator are designed by Altium Designer.Since 2.45 GHz belongs to the microwave category,there are strict requirements for the selection of materials,layout and components of PCB boards.The STM32 is programmed by Keil5 to control the ADF4351.The program is programmed to generate a2.45 GHz microwave signal through the SMA mount.The ADS software is used to design the two-stage power amplifier,and the microwave signal output from the ADF4351 is amplified.The amplified signal is transmitted into the space by a double-ridged horn antenna designed by HFSS.The microwave receiving device is composed of a microwave low-pass filter,a matching network,a through-pass filter,a microwave rectifier diode and a load;the 2.45 GHz microwave signal is received by a matrix antenna designed by a joint simulation using HFSSand ADS,and then passed through a rectifying antenna and The low-pass filter converts the RF to DC for load power.There are 68 figures,3 tables and 68 references in this paper?...
