With rapid development of various industries in China,project management theory is increasingly applied to various project management,which promotes the improvement of China’s project management level.The research of project schedule management has been paid more and more attention by people,and has become a hot topic for experts and scholars.This study takes the emergency water supply project in the downtown area of Guangyuan as the research object,and combines the project schedule management theory knowledge and methods to carry out the process control and optimization management.By using Work breakdown structure(WBS)to decompose,define and rank the activities in the emergency water supply project,three-point time estimation method is used to estimate the project duration,and PERT and CPM are used to draw up the project activity network charts which are in line with the characteristics of the project,Project software is used to compile the project schedule Gantt chart,and a set of progress management process that meets the actual project schedule is designed.Secondly,the process of some key activities on the critical path is optimized.Finally,during the execution of the activity,the project schedule is effectively controlled by setting benchmarks,tracking inspections,schedule adjustments,etc.,and corrective measures are taken for the deviations encountered in the actual progress of the project,and finally the project is completed on schedule.The goal of this study was to provide reference value for the future progress management research of urban emergency projects. |
