With the country attaching great importance to environmental protection,green renewable energy has also attracted much attention.Solar energy has become the focus of new energy research in the world because of its many advantages,such as clean and safe,economic and environmental protection,unlimited resources and so on.This paper focuses on the conversion of solar energy to electric energy.Solar energy collected from the teaching building and dormitory roof of Nanxi Vocational School will be converted into electric energy by using solar power generation equipment.The electric energy will be used for classroom lighting of teaching building as charging power for teachers and students' electric cars.Based on this,the research status and structure principle of storage battery at home and abroad are firstly understood,the charging and discharging characteristics and relevant laws of storage battery are studied,the three-stage charging process is designed,and a solar intelligent charger based on STC12C5204 AD single chip computer is developed.The design of the charger hardware is focused on the following aspects: BUCK main buck circuit design,intelligent three-stage control circuit design,STC type MCU minimum system design,power supply circuit design,digital display circuit design.In the software design part,according to the structural design method,the program is divided into several subprograms,which is easy to debug.We use KEIL software to program and debug the software program.After hardware design and implementation,it is burned with simulation software.Finally,through the summary of the experimental and recorded data,the results show that the designed charger can basically realize the constant current,constant voltage and floating charge of the experimental battery.This method has certain practical significance for improving the charging efficiency and utilizing solar energy practicability.
