The current shortage of conventional energy and environmental pollution need to be solved urgently.People reexamine the disadvantages of coal and fuel vehicles,and realize the importance of the development of renewable energy and electric vehicles more clearly.The integration of Electric Vehicles(EV)and New Energy generation technologies has become a hot topic of research.Solar photovoltaic power generation is the most advantageous in the development of renewable clean energy.However,because of the instability of the output of photovoltaic cells and the low energy receiving efficiency of the traditional fixed installation of PV array,and other factors restrict the promotion of photovoltaic technology.Therefore,the research of PV power generation technology optimization and efficient charging facilities can't be ignored.Firstly,based on the research of Solar tracking technology,Maximum power point tracking control,Battery fast charging and Reverse alternating technology,to determine the relevant control strategies.In order to ensure efficient operation of the system,a phased rapid charging method is adopted.When the PV generation is surplus,the remaining power will be merged into the power grid based on the double closed loop inverter control strategy to realize the rational scheduling of the system energy.Then the overall design of the system,and then create a photoelectric tracking model.Secondly,for the instability of the PV output,a fuzzy control and the commonly P&O method are simulated and compared by the Matlab/Simulink platform with the Cuk circuit,the fuzzy control shows good tracking control effect and steady state characteristic.In order to improve the tracking precision of the tracking system,the traditional PID and fuzzy PID tracking control model is established in Simulink.The fuzzy PID control designed in this thesis has better anti-interference and response speed.Based on this,the hardware and software of the sun tracking photovoltaic intelligent charging system are designed,including the charge control,the clock circuit,the photoelectric detection and so on.The whole working principle of the system is illustrated through the flow chart,and write the corresponding control program.Finally,the experimental equipment is tested,and the analysis results show that the power generation efficiency of the sun tracking photovoltaic intelligent charging system is obviously improved,and the efficient utilization of solar energy can be realized.This thesis combines the design of solar-tracking power generation system with wheeled charging pile.The effectiveness of the system is verified by physical simulation,and the design goal of high-efficiency conversion is achieved.Further industrialization and application can provide convenient and reliable power for electric vehicles,geological exploration field workstations and border posts,etc.
