| China’s water conservancy industry has been developing continuously in the course of social economic progress,and a large number of hydraulic structures have been built.However,due to the limitations of technical conditions in various periods,various quality problems have emerged after many years of operation.For example,there are many large or small safety problems in many in-service aqueducts in China.After a scientific health diagnosis,it is necessary to carry out risk elimination and reinforcement through reasonable methods.However,there is currently no special unified aqueduct health diagnostic test method and safety appraisal standards in China,which seriously affects the evaluation and maintenance decision of the aqueduct.In this paper,the concrete aqueduct is taken as the research object,and the comprehensive evaluation model of concrete aqueduct health status is proposed by combining the analytic hierarchy process.The reasonable evaluation criteria and evaluation methods of each index are designed,the scientific and reasonable concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis results are obtained,and the concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis system software is developed,combined with examples to test,greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the health diagnosis and safety assessment of concrete aqueduct.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the preliminary comprehensive evaluation model of concrete aqueduct structure health status,the preliminary development of concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis system software is carried out.Six modules are set up,including aqueduct diagnosis,user login,aqueduct maintenance,basic information of aqueduct,help and parameter setting,to realize the information management and diagnosis function of concrete aqueduct.The health grade of aqueduct is evaluated objectively and accurately,and maintenance suggestions are given.(2)Using the health status evaluation example of Qingshuigou aqueduct in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region to test the preliminary developed concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis system,the results of the two evaluations are the same,which proves that the system is accurate and usable,and has important practical significance for concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis in the future.(3)Analyzed the connection realization of the system database,the development of the system interface,the development of each module of the system and the operation process ofvarious main functions,and successfully realized the development of the software for the concrete aqueduct structure health diagnosis system.(4)Compare various comprehensive evaluation methods.After discussion by several experts,the analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the structural health status of concrete aqueduct.A total of 16 bottom-level indicators are selected,and scientific mathematical methods are used to determine the weights of each index.It reduces the subjective error of the health diagnosis of concrete aqueduct structure and improves the accuracy of health diagnosis.(5)According to the relevant safety evaluation data of highways and bridges,and the concrete aqueduct structure test results and evaluation parameters and the experience of safety evaluation of concrete aqueducts at home and abroad,the rating standards are established,and the evaluation model of concrete aqueduct structure is preliminarily established. |
