Emotional Design Expressions Of Modern Public Cemetery Landscape

With the growth of population and the acceleration of urbanization process,serious aging of population,scarcity of urban land,abnormal urban development and unreasonable planning problems come one after another.The relationship between funeral problems and urban environment is getting closer and closer.The planning and management of cemeteries has become an environmental problem that can not be ignored in the process of urbanization.As a special type of garden landscape,cemetery is no longer a place for the placement of remains in the traditional sense.It pursues spiritual sublimation and becomes an important part of urban planning.It bears the carrier of urban public culture.Its development changes with the evolution of human world outlook and values.Throughout the development of cemetery landscape in China,Imperial Mausoleums and martyr cemeteries have been protected as cultural heritage.The development of public cemeteries is at a very early stage.There are many studies on cemeteries in China from the perspective of archaeology,site protection,ecology and so on.However,the study from the perspective of emotional expression of landscape design is still relatively scarce.Taking the public cemetery of the general public as the research object,on the basis of searching for information and on-the-spot investigation,this paper finds the problems existing in the planning and design of cemetery landscape in our country,analyses the development of cemetery culture at home and abroad and classical cases,interprets the cultural characteristics of cemetery in our country,gives full play to the emotional expression of the aesthetic and philosophical consciousness and concept of the funeral culture,and puts forward the concept and formula of emotional design This paper explores the emotional design needs of cemetery space in China.Combining the traditional gardening methods and the design expression of human emotion,the single form of cemetery space is changed,the space function of cemetery is expanded,and a new idea of cemetery landscape design is created.Let the cemetery no longer be the synonym of gloomy terror,make it a place to cherish memory,a place for life education,a space full of historical temperature and humanistic care,and create a modern cemetery full of emotion.
