With the improvement of the economy and living standards,people's requirements for health have also increased.In hospital,women's leucorrhea examination had become one of the basic examination items.The traditional method was to manually make a leucorrhea smear on a slide then observe it under a microscope by,which was inefficient.Therefore,system which is capable of automatic smearing and graphic capturing was gradually accepted by hospitals.And the image segmentation technology based on neural network improves the accuracy and reduces the burden on doctors.An automatic smear-microscopy system was designed in this paper,which included the hardware circuit design of the control boards and the matching embedded software.System accomplished auto smearing of leucorrhea samples,auto focus and image scanning,provided high quality digital images for recognition algorithms.This paper designed a circuit which was suitable for the automatic system.Choosing the STM32 series as the main microcontroller.The stepper motor driving ICs were used in the stepper motor controlling circuit,which simplified the design of the hardware circuit and software.A tunable LED circuit for the microscope was designed with a digital to analog converter and a constant current driver.The circuit performed well after many testing and modifying.This paper designed the software for the hardware and working process.Dividing software into multiple tasks.These tasks were managed by the ?C/OS-III real-time operating system,by which simplified the software structure and reduced the probability of resource competition.A series of low-level functions for controlling the motor and the switch were written.The stepper motor drive used the “S” type speed curve,which makes the start and brake process of the motor more stable and reduces the motion error.In addition,the use of machine vision modules to monitor the system ensured the security and stability of the system.
