Airlines' Frequent Flyer Program(FFP),operating a millions of member clubs,in the construction of IT,FFP departments are still using an old information management system,for data processing,record member information,flight segments and other.By the current information systems,member information and behavioral data is simply recorded,but cannot be converted to business intelligence information.Nowadays,by the rapid development of IT technology,IT has been widely served in marketing,the old system has not been able to keep pace with the development,cannot reflect the support of marketing decisions.Decision Support System(DSS)is a kind of human-computer interaction system,which uses all kind of data,information,knowledge,model,and assistant user to make decision.DSS will be a powerful IT support for FFP marketing.As the core of DSS,the design of the decision model is very important.Sum,the paper focuses on the research of the decision model.Decision model is the core part of DSS.The paper introduces the current situation of FFP analysis,and how the decision model be designed,including data sources,date analysis and so on.In the end of the paper,the model function be tested.The decision model can analyze the FFP data effectively,give some marketing suggestion,transform the data resources such as passenger information and behavior information into the marketing information,and give valuable and feasible business decision suggestions.
