Study On The Green Space System Planning Based On Sponge City Of Small Towns

Sponge City has a good "elasticity" in adapting to the change of environment and responding to the natural disasters caused by rainwater,which has become the focus of academia and government.This paper integrates the theory of Sponge City into the green space system planning in small towns,studies the planning method of green space system with Sponge City theory,effectively improves the hydrological environment,alleviates the problems of rainwater,and strengthens the sustainable development potential of small towns.The specific research contents and results are as follows:This paper studied the basic theory of Sponge City and urban green space system planning,including the concept of Sponge City and Low Impact Development technology,green space system planning concept and method.It analyzes the relationship between Sponge City and green space system planning,sums up the task of green space system planning in the construction of Sponge City and the requirements of Sponge City evaluation system for green space system planning.Based on the study of the principles of traditional green space system planning,this paper analyzes the relationship between Sponge City and green space system planning.Then this paper sets up a new principle for the planning of Sponge City green space system: Ecological priority,local conditions,vertical and horizontal integration,overall balance,layout near and long term integration planning,multi-level decentralized arrangement to ensure functional diversity,local characteristics cultural protection and publicity and ensure the maintenance is convenient.Combining the steps of the Sponge City to optimize the traditional green space system planning,the new steps of the sponge green Space System planning are formed.The new steps include collecting data,analyzing the data to raise the problem,objectively judging whether the planning area is suitable for the sponge city construction,determining the target and index of the planning area's rain and flood management,the analysis of social and economic benefits,the selection of the planning scheme.Based on the new planning principles summarized in this paper,according to the new planning steps,this paper studies the present situation and existing problems of green space system of Shuifu County.And this paper sums up the advantage and power of applying Sponge City concept to green space system planning in Shuifu,forms the results of Shuifu County sponge green Space System planning,and highlights the application and embodiment of Sponge city technology in all kinds of green space.The ecological effect and economic benefit coexist in the green space system incorporating the concept of sponge city.The planning method of green space system for small-sized towns with small towns of the same size has universality,only practical application,how to choose the low impact development measures needs to be refined thinking.
