With the increasing living standards of our people and the increasing level of science and technology,people’s requirements for a high-level power supply quality are also increasing.In the process of rapid development of the State Grid,more and more attention is paid to the improvement of power quality.As an important product of the development of science and technology,intelligent as a new type of power grid management,it has the advantages of convenience,cleanness,quickness,accurate record and easy operation.Grid line loss is an important economic and technical indicator for power supply companies.It is a key assessment indicator.The biggest challenge for managers is how to minimize the line loss rate,especially the management line loss.Line loss management has become an urgent requirement to ensure the safety of power grids,improve the reliability of power supply,combat the order of electricity theft,maintain the order of the power market,and ensure the efficiency of power supply enterprises.The line loss management of the power grid has certain complexity.The traditional power grid management causes a large error between the theoretical line loss and the actual line loss,resulting in a large energy loss and a high line loss rate.In order to meet the people’s requirements for the power supply network,it is urgent to implement a new method of intelligently managing the line loss of the power grid.Integrating intelligence into the grid line loss management system,designing an intelligent line loss management diagnostic platform has certain practical significance.Line loss mainly includes management line loss and technical line loss.Technical line loss refers to the inevitable energy consumption generated during the power transmission process,which is caused by some uncontrollable factors.The management line loss is mainly generated in the process of marketing,etc.The reasons for the management line loss include: misalignment of measuring instruments,misconnection and wiring,user error ratio file,unreasonable line configuration and user stealing,etc.Electricity is the main reason.In order to effectively deal with the problem of distribution line loss management,Chifeng Power Supply Branch of Inner Mongolia Eastern Power Co.,Ltd.has taken a series of measures from the management and technology levels.This paper establishes the line loss analysis framework of 10 k V distribution network of Chifeng Power Supply Branch of Inner Mongolia Eastern Power Co.,Ltd.Firstly,it briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of grid system and grid line loss,as well as the calculation formula and research status of theoretical line loss at home and abroad.Through field research on the operation of each branch of Inner Mongolia Eastern Power Co.,Ltd.,the overall summary and analysis of the survey data,from the staffing,line loss indicators,meter reading management,line loss anomaly analysis and processing,basic file management,theoretical line loss analysis The current situation and problems of line loss management.Based on the analysis of the status quo,the fishbone diagram analysis measures to reduce the line loss mainly include four aspects: technical loss reduction,operational loss reduction,management loss reduction,and planned loss reduction.Technical loss reduction measures include: improving voltage quality,replacing high-energy-consuming equipment,and enhancing load balance;operating loss reduction measures include: optimizing reactive power compensation methods and achieving energy-saving dispatching;managing loss-reduction measures: optimizing metering management;Sub-and line loss anomaly management,strengthen anti-stealing power management;plan for loss reduction measures: optimize grid structure and optimize voltage level.Finally,taking the chifeng Power Supply Branch o Co.,Ltd.as an example,the application case of the line loss intelligent diagnosis and analysis platform is introduced.This paper mainly introduces the implementation background,main practices and application effects of the platform,which can be used as reference for the line loss management of chifeng Power Supply Co.,Ltd.
