Electric energy is an indispensable clean energy and a necessity of national production and life.However,with the rapid development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the problem of power shortage is obvious,and the contradiction between power supply and demand is very prominent.As an important part of the Implementing Plan of Major Projects of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion in Shandong Province,the overall planning of emission reduction,energy saving and green development is deployed.Energy-saving and loss-reducing,promoting green power,not only can alleviate the current power shortage,power supply and demand contradictions,but also respond to the national new and old kinetic energy conversion work an important part.Line loss is an important means to test the economic benefits of power supply enterprises."Four points"(division,voltage division,line division,sub-station area)line loss management has become the key work of the State Grid Corporation in recent two years.Reducing all kinds of line loss has become the primary task of power supply enterprises in all counties.The line loss management of the State Grid Yishui County Power Supply Company is facing great pressure.In order to promote the improvement of line loss management,improve the efficiency of line loss calculation,ensure the accuracy of line loss calculation,improve the economic efficiency of county company,and provide accurate basis for grid construction,equipment transformation and other power grid development,it is imperative for county power supply enterprises to fine line loss calculation and loss reduction research.This paper strictly abides by the principle of "four unification",and calculates and analyses typical daily line losses under heavy load operation mode based on the integrated data of "three majors","five systems" and "three platforms".At the same time,we will carry out lean calculation and analysis of monthly and daily line losses in integrated power and line loss management system.According to the calculation results of line loss in Yishui hydropower network,the operation status of power grid,equipment parameters,reactive power compensation and other aspects are analyzed in detail,the weak links of power grid are identified,and accurate and effective loss reduction strategies are put forward from the aspects of adjustment of economic mode of power grid,optimization of reactive power compensation,scientific development of power grid,technical renovation of equipment overhaul,anti-stealing of electricity,etc.At present,the county power grid will effectively reduce losses,further promote the standardization,intellectualization,lean and automation of line loss management in county power supply enterprises,and strongly support the company’s strong smart grid and modern distribution network construction.
