According to the survey,there are about 434 large-scale irrigation districts,5,200medium-sized irrigation districts and more than 10 million small-scale irrigation districts in China,which have laid a strong foundation for China's agricultural production capacity.Most of the irrigation districts have been built for many years.At present,due to insufficient management,the benefits of irrigation districts are declining.The task of water-saving renovation and continuous construction of supporting facilities in the irrigation area is arduous.It is necessary to learn advanced technologies and methods at home and abroad to find the best adaptation to local irrigation districts technology.The Hunpu irrigation area is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Hunhe River in Shenyang City.The water in the irrigation area is mainly from Fushun Dahuofang Reservoir.The Hunpu Main Canal is the only main channel in the Hunpu Irrigation District with a total length of 27.1km.Since the operation of the Hunpu irrigation area in the past years,there has been an old and broken phenomenon.The entire renovation of the Hunpu irrigation area and canal buildings cannot be ignored.This design finds problems through data collection and on-site investigation,and then analyzes the various contradictions faced,and resolves the main contradiction between the irrigation land and the traffic land.With reference to the analysis of domestic and foreign research methods,the best methods for the renovation project of the Hunpu Irrigation District were found from the aspects of urban planning,people-oriented river management strategy and irrigation district efficient water-saving transformation,thereby restoring the target of the Hunpu irrigation area for the people.This article mainly includes the following several aspects:(1)The left bank of the main channel of the Hunpu Irrigation District is shared with the Hunhe River embankment,and the right side is parallel with the ring road.Due to the widening of the ring road,it is necessary to change the main channel of the Hunpu Irrigation District to the west.In order to save land and try not to move the Hunhe River levee in the project,and to ensure the irrigation flow and water level requirements in the Hunpu Irrigation District,this paper designs the most reasonable plan and the most suitable building form through design comparison.Due to the change of the channel,this paper reconstructs the slope top road and the cross-channel bridge of the channel and restores the functions before the transformation.(2)Many earthwork in the foot of the channel is excavated to cause instability of the seepage and leakage of the embankment.The local part of the channel collapses,the irrigation water is largely leaked,and the slope protection and the embankment are seriously damaged.This paper analyzes the application of various revetments,and combines the characteristics of the project to adopt appropriate structural forms to manage the channels.(3)After many years of operation,the channel gates and pumping stations have beenseriously damaged,and the gates and other equipment have also been lost.This has caused insufficient water supply for the channels and maintained high operating costs.These have caused serious losses to the surrounding economy.This paper reconstructs damaged buildings such as sluice gates and pumping stations.
