At present,the application of digital workshops and smart logistics systems in China’s energy metering apparatus deployment management industry is in a stage of improvement and improvement.Most provincial provincial measurement centers of the State Grid have now adopted automated warehousing and verification methods to improve work efficiency and enhance the quality of inspections.However,due to the influence of traditional methods,there are still people in multiple business processes in the overall system plan.Manual work does not fully automate the entire production process,and semi-automated operation in the secondary library is more common.In order to realize the centralized verification,storage and distribution function of measuring instruments(including single-phase energy meter,three-phase energy meter,acquisition terminal and transformer),which is one of the important material assets in the electric power industry,this paper integrates intelligent logistics technology into the dispatching and management of electric energy measuring instruments,designs and develops a digital workshop suitable for the application of electric energy measuring industry and intelligent logistics system.Based on fully research of the operation strategy and intelligent logistics technology of electric energy measuring instruments’ deployment,the paper designs and develops the application schemes of advanced technologies in electric energy measuring instruments,including the integrated design of workshop,automated warehouse,AGV robot,handling/stacking robot,high precision stacker,bar code identification,information system,etc.With the scheme,a comprehensive and complete system solution is proposed,which realizes a powerful,efficient,rapid,stable,safe and reliable modern power metering equipment allocation and management,which integrates automatic storage,automatic verification and other functions.In a word,the intelligent electric energy measuring instruments’ deployment management integrated with intelligent logistics technology and its equipment(AGV robots,handling/stacking robots,stackers,etc.)optimizes the work flow,improves the working efficiency of center of measurement,asset turnover efficiency and management precision,reduces the management cost,and It is of great significance to promote the construction of smart grid in China. |
