Lanxi County is located in the southwest of Suihua City.In recent years,it has undertaken the main tasks of building Harbin Satellite City,National Linlin City,Heilongjiang Binbei Commodity Distribution Center and Heilongjiang Provincial National Commodity Grain Production Base.Lanxi County strives to attract foreign investment and tries to attract large companies and groups into the "five districts" of Lanxi County.The load in Lanxi County reached 76.81 MW in 2016 and will reach 99.55 MW in 2020.The existing power grid structure and renovation capacity can no longer meet the power supply requirements.Increasing power supply is an urgent task.Therefore,considering the power demand,improving the grid structure and alleviating the power supply pressure in Lanxi County,new power supply points should be provided to improve the power supply reliability of the grid.The main task of this topic is to design an electrical primary part of a 220 k V pressure-relief substation.This voltage grade substation can be divided into 220 k V,110 k V,and 10 k V three different voltage grades of equipment.At the beginning of the design,som e raw data needs to be analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the main Transformer of the substation is selected,the transformer used in the station is selected and the various bus wiring methods used are selected and determined,and the main electrical wiring chart of the entire substation is designed.The short-circuit current is calculated according to the equipment configuration in the main wiring diagram.The short-circuit current is used to select and verify various types of electrical equipment in the substation.At the same time,the lightning absorber in the substation and related protective equipment are selected and verified.At the same time,According to the relevant theory,the height and layout range of lightning rod in substation are determined,and the design of power distribution device is finally determined.The drawings of the entire design are one electrical main wiring drawing and one mine protection scope drawing.This paper proposes that the primary system design of substation can be used as a typical design of 220 k V substation,which will help the construction of Heilongjiang Power Grid,lay a solid foundation for the overall planning,cost control and standardization of the power grid,and improve the efficiency of project construction and management.In order to meet the actual needs of large-scale construction of the power grid.
