There are obvious differences between enterprise power payment and household user payment.Generally,the enterprises have multiple power consumption accounts,and the unified settlement of enterprise electricity charge can be completed after authorization in the background,so its improving the settlement efficiency of enterprise electricity charge.It is based on the characteristics and demands of enterprise power payment,this thesis completes the payment processing query based on enterprise mobile App and the unified account settlement function at the background,and builds an integrated platform of power payment and account settlement that conforms to the characteristics of enterprises.the system is based on the JavaEE framework,this thesis designs and implements an enterprise power payment system for power settlement companies and enterprise customers.The mobile terminal of the system is based on Android,and the business background office of the power company adopts desktop Web system.First of all,it is based on various user groups of enterprise power payment system management business,this thesis analyzes the business from two aspects of company operation and enterprise customer,and concludes that users include power company and enterprise customer.This thesis analyzes the whole working process of electric power operation and settlement business in detail,and establishes its function model and structure model by using UML to realize the detailed analysis of enterprise electric power payment system business.On the basis of analysis,the software structure design of the system is presented,and the multi-layer structure design of data layer,logic layer,function layer and user layer is proposed.The structure design of the modules including client App,settlement authorization management,bank funds collection management,customer account management and system management is completed.Through the conceptual model of database and the design of core table structure,the system database design is completed.The detailed design of each functional module of the system is completed by class design and sequence diagram.Through Eclipse,the client adopts Android,and the service USES Java to complete the implementation of the four major functions of the client App,settlement authorization management,enterprise electricity management and customer account management.The thesis has completed the function test and system performance test of four modules.Through the test,the enterprise power payment system has achieved the preset design goal in function and operation reliability.It can meet the needs of enterprise power payment system and is being used in full.
