River Regulation Project Design Of East-west Extension Section In Xihe City

This paper studies the river with hydrological,geological and existing terrain data to carry on the design,satisfy the requirement of city flood control in the circumstances,give full consideration to the river landscape,the fine second phase Nine Yingzi river confluence river mouth to the Ying Bin bridge,east loop bridge to belt Collins a governance river confluence of river mouth,extension of the downstream of the river city section of the part to the convergence of Nine Yingzi river mouth,upstream to belt Collins confluence river mouth,the formation of fine river city center 10 km surface continuously.The river is called the mother river of Fuxin city,and people of Fuxin city live and multiply on both sides of the river.The river nourishes residents on both sides of the river,bringing vitality and vitality to Fuxin city and improving its charm.Fuxin city has strengthened the comprehensive renovation of Xihe river,improved the river landscape,and changed the river course dirt,chaos and difference.Especially in the past three years,Fuxin city,guided by the concept of ecological river management,has comprehensively carried out the river course renovation project that gives consideration to both the safety,ecology and recreation functions,and closely combines river course renovation with urban flood control security,urban water landscape,water resource utilization and improvement of citizens' life quality,achieving certain results.At present,it has formed a landscape of fine river with the park of March 18 th and Moon bay square as the node of 6.47 km.Through this research,the main problems such as the imperfect river flood control engineering system and unreasonable river landscape planning in Fuxin urban area were solved and the planning and design scheme was put forward.River regulation engineering construction measures,ensure the security of the urban flood control and drainage,increasing the bearing capacity and biodiversity rivers,highlight the characteristics of distinctive cultural features and environment in Fuxin,show "library river,forest water dependency,city water set each other off,the human-water harmony" river management idea,to build the most ecological,the most pleasant habitat city name card.It also provides reference for similar urban river comprehensive control project.
