With the development of modern urbanization in China,the energy problem has become increasingly prominent.As the main place where people work and live,building energy saving has become an important task for the green development of China's construction industry.Public buildings are high-density areas of building energy consumption,in which air-conditioning system is the main part of energy consumption.Energy waste of air-conditioning system is serious in operation.Traditional energy-saving operation management mostly relies on manual experience or fixed schedule,which lags in time and lacks of flexibility and global control.With the development of Internet of Things(IoT)technology,smart building system has the ability of environmental perception,which can perceive human activities and environmental changes and conduct energy consumption regulation under certain strategies in real time.It has become a new trend to use smart building technology based on the IoT to save energy in buildings.The air conditioning system in smart building has the characteristics of timeliness,accuracy and flexibility,which is convenient for fine energy management.For system designers of smart building system,how to design and analyze strategies is a key issue.Because the environment of air-conditioning system is uncertain and dynamic,and the energy-saving strategy is more flexible,how to describe the environment and strategy of the system and quantitatively analyze the strategy is the main problem of this paper.Based on stochastic hybrid automata,this paper models and evaluates the air conditioning system and its operation strategy in smart buildings.Firstly,the uncertainties of the entities in the building environment of the air conditioning system are analyzed,and the method of modeling the stochastic and continuous behavior of the air conditioning system in smart building is proposed.Meanwhile,the operation strategy of the system and the interaction between the entities are analyzed in detail,and the air conditioning system model based on stochastic hybrid automata is constructed.On the basis of the model,the evaluation index of strategy energysaving and comfort is transformed into specific query statements,and the instantiated model is randomly simulated by using UPPAAL-SMC engine.According to the results,the energy consumption and comfort of the strategy are evaluated,and the strategy is improved.Case study shows that the proposed strategy reduces the energy consumption of the system on the premise of guaranteeing comfort.At the same time,when the user flow is low,the energy-saving effect of the strategy is better,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed strategy.In order to further improve the energy-saving effect,this paper improves the existing strategy based on dynamic priority queue,and verifies the effectiveness of the strategy improvement through experiments.This study shows that the stochastic hybrid automata modeling method can describe the relevant characteristics of the air conditioning system environment in smart building.The performance of the strategy can be quantitatively evaluated and improved by using stochastic hybrid automata and SMC method.And the reference for system designers can be provided.This research enriches the research in the field of energy-saving strategy of air-conditioning system,and has application value and reference significance.
