With the rapid development of economic construction,China's aviation industry in recent years has also made remarkable achievements.In the area of civil aviation,civil aviation traffic has increased year by year,effectively improving the living standards of the people,civil aviation has also become an important component of the national economy.In the area of military aviation,the maturity of equipment technology and the increase of national defense demand continue to increase,it has made great contributions to China's national defense construction.The booming aviation industry is an opportunity for development in the aviation regulatory industry,and the increasing demand of the aviation industry is a challenge to aviation control too.Radar plays an indispensable role in China's air traffic control system.In order to increase the reliability of radar detection,improve the accuracy and coverage of track detection,expand the running time of the system and the utilization rate of information,radar track fusion has been paid more and more attention.The obvious advantage of radar track fusion lies in solving many problems such as target detection,location and tracking.To achieve the purpose of matching and fusing the flight information and the radar information.Based on the analysis of the air control system,this dissertation studies the methods of information fusion between radar data and flight data.Firstly,starting with radar information and air pipeline network information,the demand of air traffic control information system is given,and the design scheme and realization method of each module is given.Then,the dissertation analyzes the prediction method of flight trajectory,and gives the concrete flight trajectory prediction method of military and civil aviation according to the basic theory of data exchange and air control radar theory,radar coordinate system theory and the other related technical basis.Finally,this dissertation probes into the relevant fusion methods of radar data and flight plan from three aspects of principle,influence factor and key technology,and obtains the concrete fusion method of radar data and flight information.The innovation of this dissertation includes the following three points:(1)Aiming at the problems of insufficient network sharing and information sharing in the aspects of flight information and control coordination between civil aviation and military aviation management system,the system architecture and functional modules of the system are analyzed and designed based on the main functions and requirements of the air traffic control system.(2)By analyzing the mathematical model of aircraft motion,the flight motion equation is established.Using the four-dimensional flight trajectory prediction method of aircraft ground rectangular coordinates,flight altitude,flight direction and flight speed,the horizontal,vertical and velocity profiles are calculated during the whole flight process from takeoff to landing,and the complete flight prediction trajectory is fitted.(3)By transforming the static flight plan into the dynamic trajectory,the predicted trajectory of the radar is estimated.When the ATC system integrates the surveillance data of multiple radars in different airspace with the flight plan information,the processing of radar surveillance data,the report of flight status,the abnormal situation and the operation of alarm become accurate,and the flight safety can be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
