Air traffic control automation system is one of the main means of air traffic controllers in air traffic management,its main function is to process the multi radar data and flight plan,and the air traffic controllers in the face of radar display can understand the real-time air traffic dynamics,the control of the aircraft's specific position,height and expected flight direction.In recent years,the rapid development of China's aviation industry has proposed more new requirements for air traffic control automation system,especially radar data preprocessing,it is an important part of the air traffic control automation system,and it is also the premise and foundation of radar data processing.It is very important to study the radar data preprocessing for the upgrade and reconstruction of the automation system.This paper is based on the author's participation in the design and development of the small and medium-sized airport air traffic control automation system,and discusses the radar data preprocessing subsystem design and implementation of the key technology,and puts forward a set of effective processing method of radar data preprocessing,and also solves the problems of the older generation automation system,such as low redundancy and reliability of the radar data processing,the lack of the track processing ability of the integrated radar,and the modification of the radar data processing software.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the reality demand,composition structure and system configuration of air traffic control automation system at home and abroad,aiming at the problems existing in the process of radar data processing of the original automation system,puts forward a solution of radar data preprocessing subsystem for automation system based on modularization theory.(2)Analyzes the connection scheme of multi radar data of the new generation automation system and the structure of commonly used radar data in air traffic control,and also analyzes the radar data format of the CAT001 class and the CAT002 class conforming to the Asterix standard.On the basis of this,studies the representation method of multi source heterogeneous radar data in the new generation automation system,and constructs the unified expression model of radar data.(3)According to the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous radar data,carries out the research of radar data preprocess method.Analyzes the library function and the internal information transfer process of the new generation automation system,and also analyzes the definition of information related to radar data preprocessing subsystem.Puts forward the design scheme of each function module of radar data preprocessing subsystem,including multi radar data receiving and checking data,radar data parsing and format conversion,radar data channel selection,radar data quality statistics and analysis,and the radar data preprocessing log processing and query etc.(4)In the Solaris10 operating system,implements each function module of the radar data preprocessing subsystem,and analyzes the implementation and application of each module.In addition,aiming at the problems existing in the older generation automation system,analyes the application effect of the radar data preprocessing subsystem of the automation system in the field of integrated radar track processing capability and reliability,and the design target of the radar data preprocessing subsystem is achieved.The above research results are applied to a new generation of ATC system of radar data preprocessing.Practice has proved that the treatment method proposed in this paper is feasible,and it provides an effective technical means for the ATC automation system maintenance personnel to analyze the quality of radar data and the failure of radar data processing software.
