It is of great significance to realize high-precision erath-to-moon laser ranging.A new generation of laser reflector is used to improve ranging accuracy.If the incidence angle of the laser deflects in ranging,a huge error will occur.Therefor e,it is necessary to adjust the two-dimensional direction of the earth-to-moon of the new generation laser reflector.In this paper,the theoretical and Experimental Research on the two-dimensional pointing adjustment mechanism of the new reflector is carried out,which lays a technical foundation for high-precision geo-lunar ranging.According to the requirements,the weight ratio of the lightweight design is put forward,and the lightweight configuration scheme of the pointing adjustment mechanism is designed.USM is selected as the driving source,which makes full use of the characteristics achieves the functional requirements of the mechanism.The design theory of centroid balance is put forward.By balancing the load's own moment,the requirement of the load to the motor's driving moment is reduced,and the size of the driving source and components is reduced.So that the miniaturization and lightweight of the whole machine are realized.According to the configuration scheme,the structure of the mechanism is designed,the 3D model of the mechanism is established,and the static simulation analysis of the mechanism is carried out according to the actual working conditions.Based on the principle of optimum performance,the final structural combination scheme is optimized.The reliability and adaptability of the mechanism in all conditions is tested by dynamic analysis and thermodynamic coupling simulation.A prototype of mechanism principle and a controller are developed,the prototype angle accuracy testing system is built.The indexes of the prototype are verified by experiments.The test results show that the prototype has a mass of 1.526 kg,a load ratio of 3.6,a shape size of 267×171×239 mm,an angular resolution of 5.9 ",and an accuracy of 0.0758 degrees,which meets the technical requirements of the subject,and verifies the rationality of the centroid balance design method..The simulation and experimental results show that the centroid balance design method and the two-dimensional pointing adjustment mechanism designed lay a foundation for the high-precision earth-moon laser ranging task,and also provide a reference for the lightweight design of the spatial pointing adjustment mechanism.
