Study On Protection And Utilization Planning Of Historical And Cultural Cities In Wushi County,Xinjiang

Since the 1960 s,the development of urban historical heritage protection has gone through a process from point to point,from the protection of single cultural relics(artworks),to the protection of historical buildings and the environment,to the protection of people's livelihood and reproduction of historical blocks and historical cities(towns).Since the State Council established and announced the first batch of 24 national historic and cultural cities in 1982,the protection system of historic and cultural cities has been gradually improved after nearly 40 years of exploration,and the protection level of historic and cultural cities has been established with the protection of cultural relics,the protection of historic and cultural reserves and the protection of historic and cultural cities.The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Wushi county was declared a famous historical and cultural city by the people's Government of autonomous region in 2017.The protection of historical and cultural cities in Wushi is an important task for Wushi's urban planning and development.Along with the acceleration of urban construction and transformation,like most famous historical and cultural cities,Wushi County's historical and cultural heritage is also facing the fate of being destroyed and damaged.At the same time,the relationship between the protection of famous cities and urban development,we also need to have a targeted in-depth study,to provide guidance for the protection of Wushi County at this stage.Based on the protection planning project of Wushi historic and cultural city in Xinjiang,this paper discusses the current situation of protection of famous cities and the concrete contents of protection planning,and puts forward some strategies for protection planning from the analysis of the problems existing in the protection of historic and cultural cities.This paper begins with the relevant literature,the protection of foreign historical cities and domestic historical and cultural cities,summarizes the main lessons and research trends,and combs the protection literature of domestic and foreign historical and cultural cities(historical cities)in recent years,and finds out that the study of historical and cultural cities in Xinjiang is still comparative.Lack of research on the famous historical and cultural c ity in Wushi is a blank.By summarizing the historical changes and urban evolution of Wushi County,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the protection of Wushi County's historic and cultural city,and narrates the features and protection planning of Wushi County's historic and cultural city,summarizes the implementation of its protection planning,and on the basis of protection planning,from the method of thinking,matching.This paper sums up the main problems faced by the protection and utilization of Wushi County's historic and cultural cities from the aspects of facilities,management and implementation,planning and design,hoping to provide some guidance for the development of Wushi County and other historic and cultural cities in Xinjiang.
