As modern military operations increasingly demand the maneuverability and stealth performance of missiles,considering the adaptability of the launch platform,the design of missiles will gradually shift to the trend of having folding rudder wings.When the missile takes off,it is necessary that the rudder wings can be deployed in time and effectively locked to ensure that the missile's folding rudder can work properly.Therefore,it is necessary to simulate the launch environment and perform reliability index experiments on the launching and deployment of the folded rudder under this condition.In this paper,a set of ship-ejection simulation system with a stable platform is designed,which is similar to a real shipborne catapult installation.It can simulate the real flight state during catapult launch and deployment on a folded rudder.And through dynamics simulation software,it can realize the dynamics simulation of folding rudder in the process of testing the ejector simulation system with a stable platform ship.The research object of this paper is the deployment and simulation system of folding rudder.Firstly,the idea of ground-based simulation of shipboard ejection test is used to solve the problem of how to evaluate its key performance indicators during the development of the folding rudder,and to develop the projectile system design,including the basic functions,system components and test procedures of the entire system,and the ejection simulation system.The principle of the solution,the overall design and the energy storage components are analyzed.As the ejection simulation system is the key part of the whole system,the design scheme of the ejection simulation system is explained in detail.Then the design process of the multi degree of freedom parallel motion platform is introduced,and the dynamic simulation of the platform is carried out to verify the stability effect.Next,the 3D modeling of the folding rudder is carried out,and the statics analysis is carried out to optimize the structure.Finally,from the two perspectives of system reliability and system function,the whole system is verified by simulating the whole system using ANSYS and ADAMS software,and the dynamic simulation of the folding rudder in the simulated launch device is carried out by using ADAMS.It is concluded that the shipboard ejection simulation test system is feasible and has guiding significance for its engineering application.
