With the development of society,people are paying more and more attention to personal health.Biochemical analysis is a necessary diagnostic methods from mild colds to major diseases.And it is becoming more and more popular in today's hospitals.More than 80% of the biochemical analyzer used in domestic hospitals are purchased from abroad,and the price is very expensive.However,the development of domestic biochemical instrument is still in the primary stage.Most of them are middle and low grade models,and the speed and accuracy are relatively low.In this context,this dissertation will study the existing domestic biochemical analyzer systems,and propose an improved scheme to improve the testing performance of the sampling system.The parts used in the foreign biochemical analyzer are relatively high-end and relatively expensive.In this dissertation,the work path of the sampling system is reasonably planned with motion control method without increasing the hardware,so as to give full play to the speed raising space of the adding sample system and improve the smoothness of the movement of the sample arm.The vibration of the sampling system is analyzed by the method of input and shaping and finite element analysis,and the method of vibration suppression is proposed to improve the vibration characteristics of the sampling system,so as to reduce the effect of the vibration of the sampling system on the precision of the trace fluid.The sampling system of biochemical analyzer is used to use the injection device to carry out the suction liquid.The precision of the drawing system is related to the liquid air tightness,the precision of the syringe wire rod,the precision of the syringe cavity and so on.This dissertation is intended to compensate for the control of the microinjection device,so as to improve the accuracy of the microinjection liquid and the performance of the sampling system.In general,special motion control cards are used in the sampling system of foreign models.At present,the domestic sampling system is mainly controlled by 6 pieces 89C51 MCU and single task software,and the electronic and firmware are relatively low.This dissertation uses a single ARM chip and a single FPGA chip and runs the Ucos system for the front motion control and syringe supplement.To provide a relatively efficient operation platform,a relatively complete sampling system improvement plan is obtained.Finally,the improved sample adding system is tested and proved to be effective.
