With the deepening of economic globalization,enterprises are faced with greater competition.Under this condition,companies need to face this pressure by continuously improving their own competitiveness.Increasing quality and reducing costs have become the key to business competition.The management method of Lean Six Sigma is one of the management means for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.Chinese companies have not introduced this method for a long time.There are not many successful implementations.In particular,the influence of the domestic aerospace enterprise's receptor system,the study of Lean Six Sigma management mainly stays at the theoretical level,and how to achieve the characteristics of aerospace enterprises.The Lean Six Sigma management method makes this management method combined with the development and practice of Chinese aerospace companies a difficult problem for us.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research.Then it summarizes and evaluates the development theory of Lean Six Sigma management in China and abroad,and then draws the value of this research,and puts forward the content,method and technical route of the research.Then,the author analyzes and summarizes the status quo and existing problems of the servo valve production of the company S company,analyzes the causes of the problem.Then,based on the company's current situation,it expounds the basic conditions of Lean Six Sigma implementation,and introduces the Lean Six Sigma management method and common tools.Furthermore,the author designed the servo valve coil VPI DMAIC model according to the actual production situation of the servo valve coil,and carried out the process improvement work according to the model.The project DMAIC implementation process was elaborated,and the project was defined,measured,analyzed and improved.Pareto analysis,measurement system analysis,process capability analysis,and FMEA analysis,multivariate analysis,general linear model(GLM)and other tools were used to solve the problems raised by the project.Then,the author used DOE experiments and factor RSM analysis methods and other tools to comparethe effectiveness of the problems and obtained Lean Six Sigma servos.The application of the valve coil impregnation project was a successful conclusion.Throughout the entire process,data processing was achieved through Minitab,a quality management statistical analysis software.The project completed the goal of reducing the scrap rate of servo valve coil vacuum pressure impregnation(VPI)and standardized the results achieved.The research results of this paper have obvious effects on the quality improvement of the company's servo valve,and have important reference significance for promoting the aerospace companies in China to improve the quality management methods and upgrade the comprehensive management level and produce quality level of China's aerospace enterprises.The details of the implementation process can be used as a reference for other enterprise implementation processes.
