With the development of astronautics,the flying distance of the target aircraft increases gradually,and the applied communication frequency band becomes higher and higher.At the same time,the antenna beam width begins to decrease,which puts forward higher technical requirements for the antenna servo system and makes the design of antenna controller more difficult.The ship-borne antenna servo system puts forward further requirements for the antenna servo system,that is,it not only has high accuracy but also must ensure high dynamic performance requirements.It is a difficult problem of servo target tracking,so its measurement and control system must be developed accordingly.In this paper,the dynamic model of the ship-borne antenna servo system is constructed.Through the analysis of the function,composition and system design requirements of the ship-borne antenna servo system,the overall design of the ship-borne antenna servo system is carried out,including the static design of the antenna servo system,the model of the antenna servo system and the design of the singleAccording to the control algorithm of ship-borne antenna servo system against ship rolling disturbance,the antenna servo controller and stability control platform are designed and developed to suppress ship rolling disturbance and complete target tracking.The design of ship antenna servo controller mainly includes the design of software and hardware of the servo control system.Considering the system expansion and redundancy backup,the intelligent control card with the structure of DSP and FPGA is designed,including the circuit of SDRAM,FLASH expansion,AD conversion module and PCI interface module of the host computer.In addition,the antenna driver and angle acquisition control card are also designed.The software adopts structured modular design,and achieves antenna servo system control algorithm and all kinds of control through dynamic design of antenna servo system,anti-ship rolling algorithm design and software design of antenna servo system controller.Combining with the model,the control algorithm is tested.According to the analysis of small angle step,large angle step,sinusoidal and ship-rolling isolation test data of ship-borne antenna servo system,it can be seen that the ship-borne antenna servo system designed in this paper has good static characteristics,dynamic characteristics,steady-state characteristics,high tracking accuracy and ship-rolling isolation,and meets the requirements of system indicators.At the same time,it provides some reference for antenna controller design of other antenna servo systems of the same type.
