Sea sickness is one of the most important factors which influence the fighting strength of crossing sea campaign, and it is very significant in reality to the testing of sea sickness. According to the relation between sea sickness and ship motion, the mechanism and hydraulic system of a platform of ship motion simulating for testing of sea sickness is designed by the working set of researching subject. On the basis of improving the dramatic characteristic of fluid drive system of the platform, the electro-hydraulic servo control system of simulating platform is designed, and its characteristic is analyzed, and the corresponding control algorithm is studied in this paper. What all do is in order to make the platform of ship motion simulating simulate the motion of ship, and realize the high precision motion pose of the platform, and achieve the motion performance index required by the testing of sea sickness. The main research subjects in the paper is as follows:1. On the basis of analyzing and improving the dramatic characteristic of fluid drive system of the platform ,designing the computer control system of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, and programming the main control program which control the platform. At the same time, filtering signal.2. Building the nonlinear theory model and experimental identing model of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, and analyzing the pressure rippling of the cylinder's two chambers and the forward and reverse output characteristic of the valve controlled asymmetric cylinder.3. Studying the control strategy of the platform, such as PID,Fuzzy PID,Self-organizing fuzzy sliding mode control, and so on. Ultimately designing a kind of control algorithm which achieve high control precision.4. Synthetically testing the design target of platform.
