Research On Pretreatment Techniques Of Commercial Rocket Flight Data

With the rapid development of civilian satellite,new type of rocket has also developed from military load launch only to both military and civilian load launch.This indicates technology that one rocket with multi satellite will be widely used,and for the measurement system,it is necessary to meet the various parameters to adapt to a variety of satellites acquisition and transmission.Therefore,there is an urgent need to come up with a new data transfer mode to achieve the purpose of saving space and preprocessing data by changing the original data transfer format from analog to digital during rocket flight.Allow more data to be delivered at the economy's limited code rate.So we can achieve the goal of transferring more data under limited bit rate.In this paper,commercial rocket flight data preprocessing technology is studied.The main research contents include the design and analysis of impact data processing method,the design and analysis of impact data preprocessing module.For the processing of impact data,the study covers the mathematical formulas of impact response spectrum,the processing methods of impact data and the processing flow of impact signal.In the calculation part,it will be solved by the mathematic formula of the improved recursive digital filter which is widely used at present.In addition,the design of impact data preprocessing module and ground test equipment is considered.The impact data preprocessing module mainly includes circuit design and interface design and analysis.The ground test equipment mainly includes machine design,command data interface card design,bus adaptation design and analysis.Considering the feasibility and effectiveness of the impact data preprocessing module designed in this paper in practical engineering,this paper starts with the experimental research on the impact data preprocessing module.The main contents include stand-alone experiment based on impact data preprocessing module and system experiment based on measuring combined test bench.The impact data preprocessing module designed in this paper performs impact response spectrum test on the real impact data.The experimental results show that the impact response spectrum providedby the impact data preprocessing module is consistent with the shock response spectrum provided by the system.
