Spacecraft integrated electronic system using a standard interface and protocol specification onboard electronic devices interconnected to form an internal information sharing and utilization,functional integration,reorganization of resources more optimized electronic system,electronic system of satellite products,functional integration,software integration and integrated hardware.COTS(Commercial Off-The-Shelf,commercial devices)relative to conventional spacecraft common aerospace grade components,COTS devices with high performance,low cost and low risk of procurement advantages,therefore,based on COTS components onboard integrated electronic equipment research has important practical value.Based on the technical requirements of electronic equipment and analysis of comprehensive index,the paper puts forward the overall plan of integrated electronic equipment,is divided into 8 modules,using the mature plug-in receiver,each function module through a bus backplane,realize the interconnection between the bus and the signal.Then,discusses in detail the complex routing connection module and high-capacity storage module,the module uses the ARM+ FPGA system architecture,ARM implements the CAN bus communication protocol,including instruction decoding and forwarding and remote measurement upload,FPGA main control on the electrical interface and timing module,high-speed data processing and transmission.The universal bus system using CAN bus and high speed 2711 bus,command and telemetry transmission through the CAN bus,high speed data transmitted via the 2711 bus,the general bus improves the versatility of the system and technology inheritance.After analyzed the most The key technologies involved in the development of the system,including high speed routing multiplexing,bad block management and COTS device reliability strengthening technology,and give the specific implementation plan.Test results in the development of integrated electronic equipment show that the design of the equipment is reasonable,and the technical parameters of the operation stability are all satisfied with the requirements.
