Research On Virtual Industrial Cluster Of Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing In Zhejiang Province

At the same time of rapid economic development,the technological advancement of the automobile industry,the transformation of the business management model and the entry of foreignfunded enterprises into China have made the Chinese automobile enterprises face fierce differentiation and restructuring,and the development of automobile intelligent manufacturing has become an important national strategy.As the fourth province with the national GDP,Zhejiang Province is a province with coordinated development of automobile,IT,Internet and other industries.Its manufacturing and Internet integration have first-mover advantages and lay a good foundation for accelerating the development of automotive intelligent manufacturing.Based on the development of automobile intelligent manufacturing in Zhejiang Province,this paper makes an in-depth study on the characteristics and evolution path of virtual industrial cluster network in Zhejiang Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing by means of complex network and evolutionary game theory.This paper starts from the innovation network of Zhejiang Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Cluster,deeply analyzes the network cooperation mechanism and knowledge sharing evolution of Zhejiang Automobile Intelligent Manufacturing Virtual Industrial Cluster,optimizes the cooperation of automobile intelligent manufacturing virtual industry cluster in Zhejiang Province,and improves the automobile intelligent manufacturing in Zhejiang Province.The competitiveness has important practical significance.First of all,based on the advancement of technology and the development of network co mmunication technology,this paper is different from the limitation of “geographic space agglo meration” of traditional industrial clusters,innovatively integrates automobile intelligent manufa cturing with virtual industrial cluster theory,and defines its concept and characteristics.The re lationship between virtual industry clusters and complex networks is analyzed,and the automo bile intelligent manufacturing industry system is constructed.Secondly,it analyzes the basic a dvantages of automobile intelligent manufacturing in Zhejiang Province and the development s tatus of automobile industry clusters,and puts forward the problems existing in the developm ent of automobile intelligent manufacturing virtual industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province,and builds a network model of Zhejiang automobile intelligent manufacturing virtual industrial cl usters.And using the analysis of complex network statistical characteristics,it is concluded th at the automobile intelligent manufacturing virtual industry cluster in Zhejiang Province is still led by different types of leading enterprises,and has not yet formed a large-scale development,and proposed the cooperation of “core enterprises + SMEs”.Development model.Finally,the evolutionary game theory is used to analyze the structural evolution of virtual industrial c lusters.It is concluded that the benign development of automobile intelligent manufacturing vi rtual industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province needs to improve the government’s reward and p unishment for cooperation,etc.In order to broaden the knowledge sharing in virtual industrial clusters through cooperation channel.
