Development Of Intelligent Detection And Control System For Mechanical Seal Flushing Loop

Mechanical seal flushing system is the most important auxiliary system of boiler feedwater pump in thermal power plant.Its performance determines the effective life of the mechanical seal of the feedwater pump.The traditional flushing systems have some disadvantages,such as low intelligence level and inability to accurately control the pH(electrical conductivity)value of feed water,etc.In response to the above shortcomings,API Plan 54 pump station intelligent control system and electrical conductivity value detection and control system were developed,which filled the gap of the domestic market in related fields.The main research contents and innovation points are as follows:1.The working principle and control requirements of the flushing system were analyzed in detail,and the system solution of " API Plan 54 pump station is mainly used,supplemented by conductivity detection and control system " was designed;Aiming at the intelligent control requirements of the system,the data acquisition and monitoring control system architecture with computer and PLC as the core is designed.2.The hardware design and equipment selection of the system were completed,and the control algorithm of the PLC was designed according to the control requirements,the performance optimization design of the system was carried out;The closed-loop control mode is used to realize the precise control of the conductivity value.3.The remote control system of the upper computer is designed and developed,and the functions of intelligent control and running state monitoring of the systerm are realized.4.The control mode of the system was further optimized through the performance tests of pressure and flow.By simulating the actual working condition,the performance index of the system is verified and reaches the design requirement.
