Research On Informationization Of Ground Production Support In Shenzhen Airport

The 13 th Five-Year Plan for economic and social development of the People's Republic of China clarified Shenzhen Baoan International Airport as an international aviation hub.During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,Shenzhen Airport will take the initiative to comply with air travel popularization and “Internet Plus” development trend.Shenzhen Airport will focus on the main business and capacity building within the 13 th Five-Year Plan strategic development.The efficient collaborative ability of operation support within the airport will play a key role in promoting the development of the main business.Ground production support business is the core business of the airport's internal operation.How to optimize the allocation of resources,promote collaborative decision-making,improve the efficiency of ground production support business by means of information technology becomes a new topic for airport support units to study.Under the background of the continuous increasing of the airport scale and business carrying capacity with constrained resources,in this paper,the study of the informationization of airport ground production support business is to improve the efficiency of airport internal operation through informationization construction.By analyzing the problems existing in the airport industry and Shenzhen Airport,this paper determines the strategic objectives,identifies the key factors of airport ground production support business and analyzes the informationization needs of key factors.With the proposal of the informationization evaluation standards for electronic business processes,the automation of data acquisition and data statistics,resource visualization and rational allocation,as well as operation visualization,and the designs of the business architecture,information system architecture and technical architecture,the informationization of ground production support of Shenzhen Airport is realized.By analyzing the key problems of the ground production support business,this paper identifies the key path of the informationization of the ground production support business and conducts in-depth research on the business structure,information system architecture and technical architecture which has a strong reference significance for the informationization construction of airport production business.
