| Aircraft engine pipeline is an important component of commercial aircraft engine,whose reliability directly affects the reliability and safety of the engine.When the aircraft engine works,the vibration of engine will be delivered to the engine pipeline through the engine case and the pipe bracket,which will cause continuous vibration excitation to the pipe system,but this kind of vibration is an important factor leading to pipeline failure.Therefore,researching on vibration characteristics of aircraft engine pipelines under temperature and pressure and finding out effective analysis method will have great value to engineering application.In this paper we’ll study the vibration characteristics of aircraft engine pipeline.Firstly,using fluid-structure interaction and equivalent mass methods to analyze and compare the simple hydraulic pipeline and find out a simple and effective analysis method,which is the foundation for further analysis.Meanwhile,the influence of different design factors(medium,pressure,temperature,pipe shape,etc.)on the vibration characteristics of pipeline is studied and the influence law are summarized and used to guide the design of pipelines.Secondly,for a typical aircraft engine pipe,reasonable model simplification and equivalent modeling are carried out,and equivalent mass method is used to analyze the vibration characteristics of this typical aircraft engine pipe under 4 conditions(room temperature without medium,room temperature and medium,high temperature without medium,high temperature and medium).The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the pipe under 4 different conditions are obtained by calculation.Finally,design related experiments.Using above-mentioned typical aircraft engine pipe as the experimental object to conduct four experiments and get the corresponding results under four kinds of test conditions.Compare the results with finite element analysis result,verify the rationality of analysis methods.The research work in this paper can provide reference for vibration analysis and test of aircraft engine pipe,and also can provide theoretical guidance for the design of aircraft engine pipe in the following projects. |
