ICT Based Service Design Of Speech Training For Hearing-impaired Children

The design is an ICT(Information and Communication Technology)based service of speech training for hearing-impaired children in China.It provides a more efficient and convenient speech training for hearing impaired children,speech therapists and parents.The design includes an application and a smart toy.The service design is applied at home: parents can obtain accurate professional guidance,and offer speech training to children in an efficient and interesting way;intelligent toy is an auxiliary teaching tool in the process of speech training,which can show relatively professional knowledge of the speech training.In addition,parents can also communicate with therapists in time through the application and share experience with families in similar situations.Domestic and foreign speech training service will be studied in this paper.The author explores blank spots in domestic speech training,using customer journey map to conclude persona,scenario and find out pain points of users.Finally,a new speech training service design will be raised.There are 6 chapters in the paper:(1)Introduction;(2)The current situation of speech training service for hearing-impaired children;(3)Speech training service research based on customer journey map;(4)Design output;(5)Evaluation of the design output;(6)Summary.
