Power grid line loss rate can be used to evaluate the performance of power system effectively.This technical index can also comprehensively evaluate the management and operation level of power enterprises.Reducing line loss can effectively save power,thus reducing the pollution of fossil fuel power generation to the environment.Based on personal work practice,the load identification Instrument is studied to improve the line loss management level in the area.This paper firstly sorts out the concepts of load and line loss in the low pressure transformer station,summarizes the forming factors of load disorder,and puts forward the concept of the load identification instrument.The principle and process of recognition are explained in detail.Research and design are carried out through the structure and function of the device.Secondly,the load identification instrument is studied,which includes hardware and software.The load identification instrument uses power frequency signal modulation technology for communication.By combining A/D converter AD73360 with high-speed DSP TMS320F2812,the accuracy and reliability of the load identification instrument can be improved to A large extent.This paper introduces the main hardware module and software module of the unit of the load identification instrument,and makes a detailed analysis of the chip selected by the hardware module and its connection mode,so that the identification instrument of this paper can be further improved in operation.Finally,the load identification instrument is applied to Changbai area of Sujiatun and the loss reduction is carried out in combination with the proposed management and technical measures.The data of line loss before and after the load identification unit in the low pressure transformer station is used for statistical analysis,and the obtained data is summarized.By comparing the changing state of line loss rate before and after the measure of loss reduction,the validity of the load identification instrument is verified.This provides reference basis for line loss management practice in other areas.The practical work experience shows that the load identification instrument usually has relatively complete functions and stable performance,and the real-time monitoring of the line loss can be effectively completed,providing more comprehensive assistance for the line loss management.
