Study On Rational Utilization Of Yan’an Slope Building Site

The land resources in Yan’an area are scarce.Local people often build various buildings on the slopes to save land resources.However,this will often lead to different degrees of deformation and destruction of buildings,which will cause serious harm to people’s lives and property.With the rapid development of the social economy and the rapid population growth,the various types of buildings on the slopes are increasing day by day.How to properly develop and utilize the slope construction sites is one of the problems that the local government urgently needs to solve.Based on the detailed survey of field geology and the actual project cases in Yan’an,this paper conducted a detailed and systematic study on the main types of slopes,instability factors,site selection factors of buildings and reasonable utilization plans for slope construction sites in Yan’an.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)There are two types of slopes in Yan’an area:natural slopes and gravity accumulation slopes.The main factors affecting slope instability are rock and soil structure,slope geometry,continuous rainfall and unreasonable human engineering activities.The analysis considered that the large-scale old landslide can be used for the building site,which has been stable since the Quaternary,has a volume of500,000-1000,000 m~3,a thickness of 15 to 25 m,and has only a single-stage slip surface,which has a simple genetic mechanism and is not difficult to control.(2)The selection of slope construction sites should mainly consider the gently stable geological structure of the slopes in the old gullies and slopes with slope height≤80m and slope angle≤30°.At the same time,avoid the groundwater activities and various types of protection zone;in addition,slope construction sites should choose sunny slopes with sufficient sunshine such as south slope and southwest(southeast)slope,and the average walking time from township roads and above is no more than 40 minutes.(3)Taking into account various aspects of Yan’an local conditions,construction feasibility and difficulty,the slope construction site should be manually arranged into a stepped shape.It is suggested to adopt the excavation plan of single slope height of6-10m,slope ratio of 1:0.5-1:1 and platform width of 20-25m.It is advisable to construct low-rise and multi-storey buildings on the platform.At the same time,the overall stability of the slope site should be guaranteed under the loading of the building and other unfavorable conditions.(4)Numerical simulation analyzed the influence of different building layout methods on the slope stability of the slope site,and the safe safety distance of the buildings with different slope rates and different slope heights was obtained.(5)Based on the comprehensive analysis of the causes of deformation and destruction of an economical community and the successful experience of a new village complex on the local slope construction site in Yan’an,it is shown that the development and utilization of the slope site is feasible under the premise of strict control of the building load,building layout and necessary foundation treatment.
