In this paper,AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures are selected as the research objects,and three kinds of fibers-basalt fibers,polyester fibers and wood fibers are added respectively.By comparing the comprehensive performance of the three kinds of fibers asphalt mixtures,the best fibers and their optimum fiber content are selected to improve the road performance,which can provide some reference for later design and construction.Through Marshall test of AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures with different fibers,the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio of the three fibers was obtained,and the relationship between the fibers and asphalt-aggregate ratio,stability,and voidage was established.The internal structure images of three kinds of fibers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The dispersion and distribution of three kinds of fibers in AC-13 and SMA-13 asphalt mixtures were compared.The mechanism of hindering the development of cracks was analyzed by fiber space network structure.At the same time,the dispersion effects of fibers in asphalt mixtures with different dosages are compared,and the factors affecting the pavement performance of asphalt mixtures are further explained based on composite material theory.Through high temperature rutting test,immersion Marshall test and low temperature trabecular bending test of basalt fiber,polyester fiber and wood fiber AC-13,SMA-13 asphalt mixture,and the comparison and analysis of high temperature rutting resistance,water temperature qualitative analysis and low temperature cracking resistance of three kinds of fiber asphalt mixture were carried out.Four-point bending fatigue tests of three kinds of fiber-reinforced asphalt mixtures under different stress ratios and loading frequencies were carried out under the optimum fiber content.The single-logarithmic and double-logarithmic fatigue equations of different fiber-reinforced mixtures under different test conditions were obtained by regression analysis,and the effects of different factors on fatigue properties of AC-13 and SMA-13 were analyzed.The anti-fatigue mechanism of fiber mixtures is comprehensively analyzed.
