Asphalt surface SMA-13 is selected as the research object,and three kinds of fiber-mineral fiber,JRS granular and floccular fiber are added respectively.Through the comparison of the comprehensive performance of the three fiber asphalt mixtures,the best road performance improvement effect is selected.Fiber and its optimum fiber content provide some reference for later design and construction.Through the Marshall test of SMA-13 asphalt mixture with different dosages,the best oil/rock ratios were obtained when the three fibers were mixed in different amounts,and the ratio of fiber to oil/rock,stability,and voids were established under different dosages.The relationship between rates and other indicators.The high-temperature rutting test,submerged Marshall test,and low-temperature trabecular bending test of mineral fibers,JRS flocculent wood fibers,and JRS pelletized wood fiber SMA-13 asphalt mixtures were used to determine the three fibers in the SMA-13 asphalt mixture.The optimum blending amounts were 0.4%,0.3%and 0.35%,respectively,and the comparison and analysis of the three fiber asphalt mixtures at high temperature against rutting,qualitative water temperature and low temperature cracking resistance were carried out.The images of the internal structures of the three different fibers were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The dispersion and distribution of the three fibers in the SMA-13 asphalt mixture were compared,and the mechanism of the spatial network structure of the fiber to hinder the development of cracks was investigated.analysis.At the same time,the dispersion effect of fibers with different contents in the asphalt mixture was also compared.Among them,the dispersion effect of mineral fibers was the best.Based on the theory of composite materials,the factors affecting the performance of the mixture were further explained.Four fiber bending fatigue tests with different stress ratios and different loading frequencies were carried out on the three fiber asphalt mixtures at their corresponding optimal fiber loadings.Regression analysis was used to obtain different fiber mixes for different test conditions.The double logarithmic fatigue equation was used to analyze the influence of different factors on the fatigue performance of SMA-13.Combined with the characteristics of the three fibers on the reinforcement of the mixture,the anti-fatigue mechanism of the fiber mixture was analyzed comprehensively.
