This paper expounds the integral construction technology of steel reinforced concrete,analyses the construction characteristics of steel reinforced concrete columns,and points out that the difficulty in the construction of steel reinforced concrete columns lies in the connection of steel bars in the core area of beam-column joints with the longitudinal stress reinforcement of frame beams.In the case of complex structure and dense reinforcing bars in the joint core area,this difficulty is particularly prominent.In order to solve this problem,by comparing the conventional methods of joint construction between steel columns and frame beams: steel bars drill holes in the corresponding position of beam bars,so that the steel bars under longitudinal force pass through the steel bars,and the brackets are added at the corresponding position of the frame beams on the steel flange plate,so that the steel bars and the steel bars under longitudinal force are joined by welding.The method of connecting steel bars with frame beams by steel sleeve is proposed.The advantages and disadvantages of these connection methods are analyzed and compared economically.According to their respective scope of application and advantages and disadvantages,the best combination connection form is finally selected.Through the comparison of different connection modes under different stress conditions of different joints,combined with engineering examples,it is proposed that the combination technology of sleeve connection,web perforation and bracket welding is the most suitable method for steel reinforced concrete columns with complex structure and dense arrangement of steel and steel bars in beam-column joints.Various tests have been carried out for this technology,and an analog specimen has been made to test it.The results show that the connection method can meet the structural stress and meet the requirements of the drawing design.In the application of Engineering examples,it is proved that this method simplifies the working procedure,shortens the construction period and reduces the construction cost.It also provides a reference connection mode for the connection of steel reinforced concrete column joints in high-rise buildings with novel forms and complex structures.Figure.20;Table 17;Reference 44.
