Typhoons often bring huge economic losses and operational risks to the coastal power system.Almost every year,a large number of overhead lines are reversed,broken and broken due to typhoons,which poses a great threat to the safe operation of the power system.Compared with the overhead line,the cable runs and maintains less cost,and the power supply reliability is higher.The power cable has a larger cross section and less line loss under the same current carrying capacity.Therefore,from the perspective of the entire life cycle,the feasibility of directly replacing the old overhead lines with power cables is worthy of further study.Among them,the aluminum core cable is cheaper than the copper core cable,which can further reduce the cable purchase cost.In order to study the economics of aluminum core cable in coastal typhoon area,this paper firstly compares the economics of transmission lines in coastal areas by using Life Cycle Cost(LCC)theory.Firstly,the construction of overhead lines and cables is carried out.The LCC model is considered,and the influence of typhoon on the LCC model is considered.Based on this,the mathematical model of the feasibility calculation model of the transmission line application and the feasibility calculation of the overhead line transformation(cable entry to the ground or reinforcement of the overhead line)is constructed.And use MATLAB compiler system to develop a set of aluminum core cable application feasibility calculation software.Secondly,in order to compare and analyze the difference between copper and aluminum cables,this paper compares and analyzes the copper and aluminum core cables of various voltage grade grids(especially 10kV),including conductor materials,cable bodies,cable accessories,laying and operation.On this basis,the research and analysis of the operation of aluminum core cable at home and abroad are carried out.The main research is on the reliability of the operation of the domestic core cable and the aluminum core cable of Zhejiang Power Grid.The use of local aluminum core cable has a strong application to the future aluminum core cable.Learn from value.On this basis,the 10 kV distribution network in a certain coastal area is selected as the research scene.From the perspective of macro-regional planning,the engineering estimation method is applied and the average value idea is applied to estimate the parameters in the LCC calculation,through overhead lines,copper cores and The aluminum core cable LCC decomposition calculation and addition and comparison,studied the economics of the transmission line aluminum core cable in the local 10 kV distribution network new line.Finally,the existing land-renovation model of the overhead line in the coastal area is applied,and the transmission line scheme of a single-circuit overhead line reconstruction in the coastal area is optimized,including the wind-line upgrade of the overhead line and the transformation of the overhead line into the ground,and finally the optimal plan is obtained.Sensitivity analysis was also performed on variables that had a large impact on the LCC results.
