With the development of power market,power supply companies gradually pay more attention to the user side reliability.Considering that users are affected by low voltage and voltage sag,how to use electric energy data to guide the assessment and improvement of reliability,effectively improving power supply profit and service level,and maintaining technological advantages in power market,is a concern of power supply companies.For this problem,this thesis carries out research on evaluation and analysis of distribution network power consumption reliability based on electric energy data.Firstly,this thesis analyzes characteristics of electric energy data that related to power consumption reliability,designs indexes which can quantitatively evaluate the impact of voltage quality and voltage sag,and establishes the distribution network power consumption reliability evaluation index system.Secondly,this thesis considers the time-varying and power quality sensitivity of user load,constructs the time-division static active load model of different types of user from the two dimensions of time and voltage,and proposes an estimation method of low voltage type hidden energy not supplied.This method can quantitatively measure the influence degree of low voltage on power consumption reliability.Then,by analyzing the relationship between voltage sag and power consumption,this thesis proposes a voltage sag detection method based on electric energy data and an estimation method of voltage sag type hidden energy not supplied.This method can quantitatively measure the influence degree of voltage sag on power consumption reliability,from the perspective of hidden energy not supplied and occurrences number of voltage sag event.Finally,this thesis proposes a comprehensive assessment method for power consumption reliability considering regional reliability development level,with index weights determined by the stratified and improved stepwise scatter degree method,which can comprehensive reflect power consumption reliability level.An optimized selection method of executive object for distribution network planning considering user demand is also proposed.It can fully consider the difference in reliability improvement demand of different users,in order to effectively arrange the planning priority of multiple distribution networks,and help power supply companies to carry out targeted reliability improvement work.
